By creating an account or using The Wellth Studio platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The Wellth Studio is a digital subscription platform providing health and wealth educational content, tools, and community access for women. Content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, financial, or professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Wellth Studio. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments or one-time purchases. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. Charges already processed will not be refunded.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged after cancellation, and access will continue until the period ends.
All content, materials, and features within The Wellth Studio, including text, graphics, curriculum, tools, and design, are the intellectual property of The Wellth Edit. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You agree to use the platform respectfully and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, post harmful or abusive content in the community, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
The Wellth Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Health and financial information on the platform is educational only. Always consult qualified professionals for personal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wellth Edit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
